Shipping Information:
Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks from the time you place your order online. However, depending on the size of the order, and the complexity of the design of individual product items, please be aware that it may take up to 4 weeks to receive your merchandise. Therefore, keep the time period for delivery in mind when purchasing cards for upcoming birthdays or events and plan well ahead.
Although you can request overnight delivery, we still require 2-3 weeks to process the order at this time. Once we factor in demand for popular items, we will keep inventory for those items in stock. This will allow us to process orders faster in the future.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
At present, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns. In the near future, we plan to offer full refunds on returned items within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
*Cancellation for online purchases must be made within three (3) business days of the initial order.
*Please note that all of our products are Print on Demand (POD). Once we receive your order, the order is submitted to our Printing and Shipping Fulfillment Center. After three (3) business days, the order will be enroute to you and we will not be able to cancel after that time.
